Vaishali Lafita, MD

Dr. Vaishali Lafita is a board-certified diagnostic and musculoskeletal radiologist. She received her medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and completed a surgical internship at Loyola University Medical Center, followed by a diagnostic radiology residency. She then completed a musculoskeletal radiology fellowship at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Dr. Lafita has been practicing for over 11 years. She specializes in reading high-end sports medicine MRIs for professional team athletes such as the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bears and Big Ten College student-athletes. Her interests include hip, shoulder, and knee joints, cartilage imaging, and MSK interventions.
