About
Dr. Giovanni Lorenz is a Cleveland Clinic fellowship-trained cardiac and thoracic radiologist, Diplomate/Board Certified in Cardiac MRI, CT, NM, and an Associate Professor for SAUSHEC, USUHS, and UIW medical school and residency programs. He is a leader in the DoD’s military health system, offering expertise in cardiac and thoracic imaging. He also leads the DoD/DHA National Lung Cancer Screening Program and advanced CV services such as Heartflow. Dr. Lorenz is renowned for his national implementation of outpatient 30-minute cardiac MRI and outpatient expansion of CMRI and cardiac imaging services for several large private, academic, and boutique companies. Dr. Lorenz is the current PI/API for several IRB-approved projects within DoD/DHA in myocarditis sleep inversion, burn pit exposure, ILD, white matter, and non kinetic weapons. He enjoys working with imaging providers and academic departments in the set of a successful cardiac imaging product line.
